Mission Hot Mama Workout!

Hot Mama Workouts is a 12 week (3 month) Hot Mama program to get back to pre-baby shape. It has been designed by Angie Lewis along with lactation consultant (aka boobie coach) Tracy Corey RN, IBCLC so that it’s safe for nursing mom’s. We meet once a week for Hot Mama Middays for 12 weeks and support each other to get our hottie bodies back. Angie individualizes a work out plan specifically for each of us (including nutrition) and is our trainer by phone and email in the time we’re not meeting together. Tracy is there every group session too so she can answer any breast feeding questions you have while you work out.
How Hot Mama Midday works: Bring your baby in their car seat or bring your play pen for crawlers and let’s get fit together (or maybe move slowly together is a better way to put it). Siena can’t wait to meet her new little friends.
Rules: Mamas and babies only, crying is welcome (by both mama and baby) and it’s a feeding friendly zone. If you have a walking little one, they would be better giving mommy her alone time to work out since Angie can’t keep them zoned in!!! If your little one isn’t actually little anymore but you still need to say bye bye belly, come and join in too
